Memorial Service
At our upcoming 25th Reunion, our Class will pause to remember our classmates who are no longer with us. They are: Anne Lewis Cunha, Kimberley Dias, William Jemison, Robert McIlvaine, Renee Mulroney, Daniel Popkin, Andrew Radcliffe, William Guido Sohne, Travis Sowders and Stephen Vella.
Our memorial service will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the 9/11 Memorial Garden (next to Nassau Hall). If it rains, we will move to our Scully Tent within our 25th Reunion Headquarters.
If you have photos and/or memories to share of any of these classmates, please send them to Rachel Lin, our Class Memorial Service Coordinator, at rachel@alumni.princeton.edu or racheltiger@yahoo.com.
Events/Activities
Are your guests worried that they’ll be looking for things to do? That won’t be possible with our lineup of special events and activities throughout the weekend.
Available All Weekend
Check out our always-available lineup of fun available in both the Scully and Lounge tents.
- Pac Attack We will have vintage arcade and table games (ping ping, air hockey) available in two locations throughout the weekend for anyone interested.
- Bring on the Bounce! For the younger folks, there will be bounce houses available on both Thursday and Friday all day long.
- Creation Stations For those who love it when a plan (or paper and glue sticks) come together, we will have a full complement of crafting supplies for everyone to create something amazing.
Community Forum & Panel Discussion
Fri, 1:00 p.m. As part of its 25th Reunion, the Class of ‘97 has created the ’97 Princeton in Communities (’97 PIC) initiative to embrace the Princeton motto In the Nation’s Service and the Service of Humanity in our local communities. Learn how you can help and participate from 1972 and 1997 members – open to all classes with kid-friendly activities running in parallel.
Special Activities (Fri/Sat)
We’re spreading out onto Poe Field on Friday to enjoy some special activities this day. The kids won’t want to miss this (and we have a feeling that many adults will feel the same way).

Nighttime Entertainment
We will have live entertainment all three nights for our 25th. In case you haven’t been back to Reunions in a while, the University has placed restrictions on the types of bands/entertainers that we can hire (sorry, that means U2 isn’t able to come — Bono sends his regrets). However, your 1997 planning committee took up this challenge and devised a lineup that we think will be the talk of Reunions 2022. It’s Prime Time ’97!
